The 50kmh limit on the D913 South of Pezenas has been considerably extended and mobile radar traps have been catching people out.
There have been reports from local residents that there is a crackdown on speeding and mobile radar traps have been spotted in various places.
The region is also well served by fixed radar cameras and they are listed here : http://www.radarsfixes.com . There are currently 16 located in 34; the top “earner” is reputed to be :

From 27th October ‘08, the former unnatural early morning flight times are changing to:
STN – MPL: 16.50 – 19.45
MPL – STN: 20.10 – 21.20
Winter flights will be reduced to twice daily.
The position regarding Easyjet flights remains unclear.
